FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Move Management

Our Move Management Services goal to support our customers’ transition from one location to another. Whether it is a small move or an entire organizational move, LAI is skilled to plan and conduct the move by providing people, materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to yield success. We produce communication plans, and move manuals, offer certified AutoCAD, Space design and Change Management expertise.

Maintenance

LAI’s goal is to assist you in creating the most cost efficient, environmentally conscious facility possible that creates a safe and comfortable working environment. Through strict project management plans, we create greater operability and continuous operations. Our innovations in Facilities Maintenance include the creation of a Building Engineer. Skilled in HVAC, electricity, plumbing, and basic construction, LAI’s Building Engineers are capable of providing first line response to nearly all facility maintenance needs, reducing downtime and subcontractor expense. These multi-skilled staff reduces position redundancy and creates human resource cost efficiencies.

Facilities Help Desk

The Facilities Help Desk is many times the only one-on-one contact that client employees have with our staff and we strive to make the best impression. Help Desk staff are trained on a number of facility and IT Help databases including Foot Prints, Building Engines, and Remedy. Work scope ranges from general facility calls to transportation and conference scheduling.
